Court Urges SBU To Investigate Alleged Seizure Of Power By Poroshenko During Appointment Of Supreme Court Judges

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has obliged the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to open a criminal case upon alleged seizure of power by former president, Petro Poroshenko, during appointment of Supreme Court judges.

This follows from court records, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 25, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) conducted the first interregional of Poroshenko.
