The Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine has refused to revise the award to Russian citizen Viktor Ageev sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from Ageev's attorney Viktor Chevhuz.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 25, the Novoaidar district court of Luhansk region sentenced Ageev to 10 years in prison for terrorism within military units of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
