According to a letter of the State Architect and Construction Inspectorate of June 9, 2017, the department does not have information on issuance of a license for any construction on the land plot.

On August 20, 2013, the Kyiv Economic Court obliged the limited liability company Nerum to demolish a building used as a dolphinarium.

A court has satisfied a motion of prosecutors and arrested the land plot and prohibited use of the land plot or any buildings on it.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in November 2016, the Kyivvodokanal municipal company disconnected the Nemo dolphinarium from the sewerage network.
