Kyslytsia buys house in Kyiv Region for UAH 4 million

Serhii Kyslytsia, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President, declared the purchase of a residential building valued at UAH 4.1 million. This is according to data from the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Self-Government Functions, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

On July 10, Kyslytsia reported significant changes in his financial status. He declared the purchase on July 3 of a residential house with a total area of 137.9 square meters, valued at UAH 4.135 million, in the village of Bohdanivka in the Kyiv Region. His total expenses for the purchase of the house amounted to UAH 4.23 million.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 5, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Serhii Kyslytsia as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President. Kyslytsia had held the position of First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs since February 2025.

In January, Kyslytsia declared the purchase of a 2020 Citroën C3 worth UAH 658,000.

Kyslytsia reported UAH 2.7 million in income for 2025. According to this declaration, he has owned a 42.5-square-meter apartment in Kyiv since 2006; in 2024, he purchased another apartment in Kyiv, measuring 106.4 square meters and valued at UAH 8 million.
