Zelenskyy appointed Kyslytsia as first deputy head of President's Office

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Serhii Kyslytsia as first deputy head of the President's Office. This is stated in decree No. 14 of January 5, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Appoint Serhii Olehovych Kyslytsia as first deputy head of the President's Office of Ukraine," the decree states.

By decree No. 13 of January 5, Zelenskyy introduced the position of first deputy head of the President's Office. Previously, the Head of the President's Office did not have a first deputy, only deputies.

Kyslytsia has held the position of first deputy minister of foreign affairs since February 2025.

From December 2019 to December 2024, he was the permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations.

Kyslytsia is part of the Ukrainian delegation in negotiations with the United States and other international partners of Ukraine, as well as with representatives of russia, to achieve peace.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 2, Zelenskyy appointed the head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, as head of the President's Office.
