“It’s unfortunate that today our country has moved significantly further away from victory. It’s unfortunate that real reforms weren’t even allowed to begin, although we still managed to change a lot,” he wrote.

Sternenko reported that his team had been working on new requirements for tenders to procure FPV drones. According to him, the changes were intended to improve the supply of drones to the military and the development of infrastructure for long-range strikes.

At the same time, Sternenko stated that the reforms had run into bureaucratic obstacles and resistance from people who, in his words, were not interested in changes within the military.

Later, Serhii Beskrestnov (Flash) also announced the end of his tenure as an advisor.

He addressed military personnel and developers, noting that he would no longer be able to assist them at the Ministry of Defense level.

“I cannot discuss my personal challenges or the projects that I will now be unable to complete. Someone else will have to continue working on them. The war continues. I had extensive access to various systems and was able to analyze our enemy’s actions and predict their next moves. I will no longer be able to do so,” Beskrestnov wrote.
