Ukraine needs 300 missiles for Patriot systems to protect itself from the aggressor country of russia in the winter.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed his partners with this request at a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on Monday, July 13, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine continues to put pressure on the russian federation to push it towards diplomacy.
According to him, due to long-range operations and medium-range strikes, the current summer has already become the most difficult for russia.
If Ukraine has enough means of defense for the winter, the russian federation will have fewer reasons to drag out the war, the President of Ukraine emphasized.
"We calculated that this package should include 100 missiles for the Patriots per month - 300 missiles for the winter. I ask you to consider this," Zelenskyy urged.
