Yury Slyusar, the governor of the Rostov Oblast, has stated this.
According to him, during the drone attacks in Taganrog, the Azovsky, and Neklinovsky Districts, russian air defense forces allegedly shot down more than a dozen drones.

The russian governor claims that the vessels sustained minor damage and that there is no risk of a methanol leak or spill.
A sailor on a support vessel was killed during the attack. According to russian authorities, there were no other casualties.
