Russian propaganda actively quotes and disseminates the so-called report of the Foreign Ministry of the aggressor country, the russian federation, on the "situation with human rights in Ukraine." As the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) notes, this document is a vivid example of how the official diplomatic department of the aggressor has turned into a factory of lies as part of the information war against Ukraine.
The CCD reports that references to the fictional "Ukrainian Nazis" and the "neo-Nazi regime" are present in this text as an obsession - the term "Nazism" and its derivatives are used in the document over 100 times.
Also, according to the Center, this "report" contains numerous conspiracy theories and absurd fabrications that have been repeatedly refuted - for example, the lie about "black transplantologists" and "selling Ukrainian children to Europe".
"Despite the fact that all this disinformation has been circulating in russian propaganda for years, it is not confirmed by any facts. The Kremlin is trying to wrap propaganda in the wrapper of "diplomatic work", but the fact that a lie is repeated many times does not make it true," the Center emphasizes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the Center, russian propagandists are once again trying to revive the old fake about "Ukrainian biological weapons of mass destruction".
