Russian propagandists who published a satellite image of the "consequences" of the use of the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile on the airfield in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Region, admitted that the image was generated using artificial intelligence (AI).
This is evidenced by the reports of the russian propagandists themselves, who probably did not appreciate the efforts of their "colleagues", Ukrainian News Agency reports.
On May 26, the Z-channel "DIVGEN Karta SVO" published a satellite image of the military airfield in Bila Tserkva, which shows huge craters and traces of destruction. The channel wrote that these are "results of the hit" of the warheads of the Oreshnik missile.
The Fighterbomber Z-channel, which is believed to be hosted by russian Air Force Captain Ilya Tumanov, called the published image a "crookedly drawn fake."
"Unfortunately, this is a fake, crookedly drawn. They would have drawn 36 craters by then. Did the chalk run out or something?" the post says.
The Informal Informant channel writes that the craters on the "affected airfield" in Bila Tserkva are suspiciously similar to those that the network saw a few months ago on the same satellite images of Iranian airfields.
The Z-channel also geolocated the location of the garage cooperative that was actually hit by the Russian Oreshnik. Its location has nothing to do with the airfield, as it is located in a different part of the city.
"If this is really related to the Oreshnik strike, then, accordingly, we can hardly talk about the airfield/aircraft repair plant as a target," the channel's author writes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of May 24, the occupiers launched an Oreshnik missile over Ukraine during a massive air attack. It dropped submunitions over Bila Tserkva (Kyiv Region), hitting a garage cooperative, but there were no casualties.
