The Deposit Guarantee Fund is beginning the sale of assets belonging to JSC "RwS Bank," and the first lot to be put up for public auction on the ProZorro.Sales platform is an oil depot complex in the Poltava Region.
This is stated in a press release from the fund, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The auction will take place on June 1 using the English auction model.
The oil depot complex includes:
Above-ground and underground storage tanks for light petroleum products;
A platform for unloading and loading tank trucks;
A pumping station for transferring oil from the vertical tank farm to tankers and vice versa.
The total area of non-residential premises is 1,260.6 square meters.
The oil depot is located in the Myrhorod District of the Poltava Region.
The starting price of the lot is UAH 16.3 million.
The auction will be conducted using the English model, so interested buyers must submit their bids by 8:00 p.m. on May 31, 2026.
This is the first asset of JSC "RwS Bank" to be put up for sale. At the same time, information on all of the bank’s assets planned for auction has already been posted in the virtual data room.
Individuals and legal entities may participate in the auction, with the exception of those from the russian federation and persons associated with the aggressor state, as well as persons subject to targeted special economic and other restrictive measures.
Proceeds from the sale of assets will be used to satisfy the claims of creditors of JSC "RwS Bank."
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 4, 2025, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to classify JSC "RwS BANK" as insolvent. On November 5, the Deposit Guarantee Fund established temporary administration at JSC "RwS BANK."
On December 17, 2025, in accordance with the resolution plan for the insolvent JSC "RwS Bank," the Deposit Guarantee Fund established and registered PJSC "Transitional Bank "IUTE BANK," to which a portion of the assets and liabilities to individual depositors was transferred.
On December 24, 2025, PJSC “Transitional Bank “IUTE BANK” received a banking license granting the right to conduct banking activities in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law.
