Depositors of RwS BANK, whose deposit agreements expired before November 4, 2025 and who had current accounts with the bank, can remain clients of the Transition Bank UTE BANK or receive their funds.

To do this, you need to contact the Transitional Bank UTE BANK or the partner bank - JSC ASVIO BANK.

The Transition Bank is the legal successor of the insolvent bank under the transferred obligations, so depositors do not need to renegotiate contracts or make any changes to them.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 4, 2025, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to classify RwS Bank JSC as insolvent. On November 5, the Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced a temporary administration in JSC RwS BANK.
