A massive russian attack damaged an apartment complex in Kyiv where Albanian ambassador lives, Albanian Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha announced on social media.

Hoxha said Albania strongly condemns yet another brutal and indiscriminate attack with ballistic missiles and drones.

"This time, the residential complex where the Albanian Ambassador to Ukraine lives was hit, putting his life in serious danger. This is unacceptable! Attacks on civilian areas and diplomatic personnel or threats to them are a serious escalation of the situation and another stark reminder of the human cost of russia's continued aggression. This war that russia has chosen has been going on for too long," he wrote.

The minister noted that this attack failed to break the courage, determination, resilience and strength of the Ukrainian people.

"Russia is not winning; it is only killing, destroying and causing widespread destruction and suffering. We reiterate our call on russia to immediately cease these attacks, end the war against Ukraine, fully comply with international law and return to negotiations," Hoxha added.

Recall that the building of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry was damaged by combat for the first time since World War II.

In addition, the russian strike in Podil almost destroyed the Chornobyl Museum and damaged historical monuments.

The russian federation also damaged the building of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
