The High Anti-Corruption Court will decide on a preventive measure for former Head of the President’s Office Andrii Yermak on Tuesday.
It was reported by the High Anti-Corruption Court, according to the Ukrainian News agency.
The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing on the motion to impose a preventive measure on the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
"The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing on the motion to impose a preventive measure on the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, who is suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," the High Anti-Corruption Court reported.
The hearing on the motion is scheduled for today, May 12, at 4:00 p.m.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, former Head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak was notified of suspicion of involvement in an organized group that laundered UAH 460 million through an elite construction project near Kyiv.
Today, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) expanded the circle of suspects in the case of money laundering on an especially large scale. Six more individuals have been notified of the charges, including former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksii Chernyshov and businessman Timur Mindich.
