The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) have expanded the list of suspects in a case involving large-scale money laundering. Six more individuals have been notified of the charges against them, including former Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov and businessman Timur Mindich. It was reported by the NABU press service.
According to the investigation, the suspects are involved in the laundering of over UAH 460 million hryvnias between 2021 and 2025. The funds were laundered through the large-scale construction of a cottage community in the village of Kozyn in the Kyiv Region, known as the “Dynasty” project.
The project involves the construction of four private residences with auxiliary buildings, as well as a separate communal spa area, on an 8-hectare plot of land.
"Part of the funds spent on construction were obtained through a so-called 'laundromat' controlled by a businessman—the future owner of one of the residences. This amounts to nearly USD 9 million," the NABU notes.
Law enforcement officials established that the project was partially financed with money obtained through corruption schemes at PJSC "NNEGC "Energoatom."
Among the new suspects, in addition to former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov, is Timur Mindich, whom investigators consider one of the leaders of a criminal organization exposed in November 2025 during the "Midas" special operation.
"NABU and the SAPO have notified six more individuals of their status as suspects in the case involving the legalization of criminally obtained property on an especially large scale," the agency officially confirmed.
The investigation is currently ongoing, and law enforcement officials are identifying other individuals who may be involved in the money laundering scheme.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Yermak denied that he owns a home in the “Dynasty” housing cooperative and that he is the “Surgeon” from the “Mindich tapes.”
