The Cabinet of Ministers decided to direct UAH 25.2 billion in dividends from PrivatBank and Oschadbank to the state budget.
This is outlined in a statement by the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As for PrivatBank, according to the government's decision, UAH 20.4 billion in annual dividends (70%) from the bank's net profit of UAH 29.1 billion will be directed to the state budget.
PrivatBank ended 2025 with a record growth in financial indicators, strengthening its status as the largest taxpayer among banks in the country.
The government also approved the distribution of Oschadbank's net profit for 2025, according to which UAH 4.8 billion (30%) will be directed to the state budget for dividend payments.
Oschadbank ended 2025 with a record net profit in the bank's history of UAH 16.1 billion, which is more than twice the result of 2024.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, PrivatBank and Oschadbank are state-owned.
The NBU will transfer the largest amount of part of the profit before distribution to the state budget in its history - UAH 146 billion.
