According to preliminary information, the Ukrainian side was supposed to provide this plan to the Slovak oil carrier Transpetrol on Wednesday, April 22.

Recall, Hungary also confirmed the resumption of the Druzhba oil pipeline. Minister for European Union Affairs János Bóka reported that at 11:35 am on April 22, oil supplies through the Druzhba oil pipeline from the territory of Belarus to Ukraine were resumed. In Budapest, it is believed that russian oil could start flowing to Hungary by the end of the day, but no later than the morning of April 23.

Also on April 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had repaired the Druzhba oil pipeline, which was damaged as a result of the russian attack.
