On the morning of April 15, russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia, as a result of which the destruction of civilian infrastructure and the death of a civilian resident were recorded. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov in his Telegram channel.
"Unfortunately, a woman who was in a kiosk during the enemy attack was killed," the head of the region wrote.
Later it became known that the victim of the shelling was a 74-year-old saleswoman of a trade pavilion.
The enemy drone hit a public transport stop, which caused a fire at the site of the hit. In addition to the kiosk and the stop, the blast wave and debris damaged the parking lot, the territory of a local enterprise, and nearby residential buildings.
Rescuers have already eliminated all the ignition sources that arose at the sites of the attacks. Currently, specialized services continue to document the consequences of the shelling, and local authorities are clarifying the extent of the damage. In parallel with the attack on Zaporizhzhia, the enemy also launched strikes on Dnipro, where a fire broke out as a result of the shelling and a woman was injured.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of April 15, russian troops carried out a massive attack drone raid on Cherkasy, and the fall of enemy targets was recorded in several locations in the regional center.
