The Verkhovna Rada has allowed to confirm insurance experience without an employment record book.

On April 9, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and as a whole draft law No. 13705-d, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

From now on, citizens whose labor records were destroyed or remained in the occupied territories will be able to confirm their length of service for pensions using information from state electronic registers and information systems.

If there is no employment record book, the length of service will be established on the basis of other documents containing data on employment, payment of a single contribution, salary and other information necessary for granting pensions, as well as the testimony of two witnesses or a court decision.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine is obliged to inform a person in case of absence of information in public electronic registers necessary for granting a pension, as well as about the procedure for confirming the insurance period. In particular, in court.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 10 members of the Verkhovna Rada propose to the parliament to replace a part of social payments with basic social assistance.
