In March 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the demand for new trucks increased by 6% to 1,085 units.
This is said in a statement by the UkrAutoprom association, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The report says that compared to February 2026, the demand for new commercial vehicles (trucks and special trucks) has increased by 23%.
All in all, since the beginning of the year, 2911 new cars have joined the Ukrainian fleet of trucks and special vehicles, which is almost 3% more than in the same period last year.
The TOP-5 brands of the new commercial vehicle market in March included: Renault - 179 units; Volkswagen - 112 units; Citroen - 93 units; Fiat - 87 units and Opel - 78 units.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in February 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, demand for new trucks increased by 4% to 880 units.
