In February 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the demand for new trucks increased by 4% to 880 units.
This is said in a statement by the UkrAutoprom association, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The report says that compared to January 2026, the demand for new commercial vehicles (trucks and special vehicles) decreased by 7%.
A total of 1,826 new cars have joined the Ukrainian fleet of trucks and special vehicles since the beginning of the year, which is almost the same as the result for the same period last year.
The TOP-5 brands of the new commercial vehicles market in February included: Renault - 150 units; Peugeot - 106 units; Opel - 72 units; Citroen - 63 units and Toyota - 61 units.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in January 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, demand for new trucks decreased by 3% to 946 units.
