The acting head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (Asset Recovery and Management Agency; ARMA), Yaroslava Maksymenko, said she spent all her personal savings over the past year.
This is evidenced by data from her electronic declaration, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Two years ago, she had USD 25,000 in cash and more than UAH 100,000 in banks. However, as of last year, she has no savings.

Thus, as of the reporting year, Maksymenko did not have any monetary assets.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office opened criminal proceedings on the facts of possible misconduct by the acting head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (Asset Recovery and Management Agency; ARMA), Yaroslava Maksymenko. Yaroslava Maksymenko, the acting head of ARMA, failed the test for professional competence, becoming one of 15 candidates who did not pass the threshold. In 2023, the acting head of ARMA, Yaroslava Maksymenko, was accused and brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for keeping tax records at the UMCC.
