"That's a lie. I saw him say that, and it's a shame he said that because he knows it's not true," Rubio told reporters.
The Secretary of State emphasized that Zelenskyy was told the "obvious" - security guarantees will not work until the war is over, because otherwise it would be an intervention in the war.
