The head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (Asset Recovery and Management Agency; ARMA), Olena Duma, said that the commission had admitted only one candidate for the post of ARMA head - lawyer and head of the Legal Policy Directorate of the President's Office, Viktor Dubovyk - to the practical task.
"Which is exactly what we needed to prove. The Commission has decided to admit only one candidate to the practical task. Congratulations to V.V. Dubovyk on his temporary victory!" she said.
It is interesting that the current head of the ARMA, Yaroslava Maksymenko, failed the test. Although she is now temporarily acting head of the agency, she could not write the text as a candidate. By the way, Yaroslava Maksymenko also does not pay for utilities and has already been sued, to collect the debt.
The day before, Olena Duma said that out of 15 candidates for the post of head of the ARMA, only one person passed the test.
"What's next?" His candidacy will be eliminated at one of the stages and a new competition will be launched. After all, how is it possible that none of the candidates nominated by the "reformers" passed the test," the former head of ARMA added.
