The administration of US President Donald Trump has decided on a date for the end of the war against Iran, which began in late February. It was chosen so that the head of the White House could receive an award from Israel.
The Israeli news portal Ynet reported this on Monday, March 23, citing its own sources.
An unnamed Israeli official told Ynet that the Trump administration has set April 9 as the date for the end of the war against Iran The source also said that the Trump administration did not inform Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office that Washington was holding talks with Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf.
A Ynet source suggests that another round of talks between the US and Iran is likely to take place this week in Pakistan.
