A Ukrainian company Roboneers has introduced a new transformer drone, Bulldog, which can simultaneously perform several tasks, including communication and payload transportation. The device is currently undergoing testing, but its effectiveness has already been confirmed, Defender Media reports.
The developers note that the drone is able to work as a repeater, maintaining stable radio communication between units even in difficult conditions, such as in the city or on rough terrain. This allows to maintain communication during combat operations.
In addition, Bulldog can be used to deliver and drop cargo on targets, which significantly expands its tactical capabilities.
The drone is equipped with a secure control channel and can operate in difficult conditions - at night, without GPS, in high humidity or dust.
The main characteristics include a flight range of up to 20 km, a tactical radius of up to 10 km, a payload of up to 10 kg, a speed of 12-15 m/s, and a flight duration of up to 70 minutes without cargo.
The new drone is expected to enhance the capabilities of Ukrainian forces in the areas of communications, reconnaissance and combat missions.
As a reminder, Ukrainian Fire Point and Spanish Sener agreed to cooperate in the missile and air defense industries.
