US no longer needs Ukraine's help in protecting against Iranian drones - Trump

Donald Trump considers Ukraine's help in protecting against Iranian drones unnecessary due to the imminent end of the war with Tehran. He stated this in an interview with Fox News.

Trump emphasized that the United States has enough of its own military capabilities to independently combat air threats without outside help.

The politician also added that Ukraine is in no way helping the US repel Iranian attacks. In his opinion, American technology remains the best in the world, and Washington's knowledge of drones exceeds the experience of any other country.

"The war with Iran will soon end, so we no longer need Ukraine's help in combating drones. The US military capabilities are enough to independently confront air threats. We know more about drones than anyone else. We actually have the best drones," the American leader noted.

Trump also expressed confidence in the quick end of the conflict, which he will feel "deep down."

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, meanwhile, Ukraine has received 11 requests from countries bordering Iran, as well as from the US and Europe, for assistance in shooting down Iranian drones.

Washington also previously acknowledged that ignoring the Ukrainian proposal for protection from Iranian Shaheds was a mistake.
