The russian occupiers have once again struck civilian infrastructure and the sea corridor. On the evening of March 4, an enemy drone hit a merchant ship leaving the port of Odesa. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
According to official sources, the target of the russian UAV was a bulk carrier under the Panamanian flag. At the time of the strike, the ship was leaving the port of Chornomorsk, carrying a cargo of corn on board.
"On the evening of March 4, a UAV hit a civilian ship under the Panamanian flag in the Black Sea. The ship was transporting corn. As a result of the attack, there are injured among the crew members," Oleh Kiper said.
All victims were promptly provided with the necessary medical assistance, and it is currently known that the ship's crew was evacuated from the scene of the incident.
