The terrorist state of russia launched a missile attack on the pier of the Black Sea port in the Odesa Region, damaging a civilian vessel flying the Maltese flag. Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, reported this on his Telegram channel on Thursday, January 15.
The russian federation attacked the berth of the Black Sea port with a ballistic missile, where a civilian ship flying the flag of Malta was preparing to transport containerized cargo. One crew member was injured as a result of the attack.
"The strike damaged three containers and caused an oil leak. To localize the consequences, we are installing a boom barrier. This is another act of Russian terror against civilian port infrastructure, international trade and maritime safety. Russia is deliberately attacking facilities that ensure exports, logistics and food security," Kuleba emphasized.
