On the night of March 4, 2026, russian occupation forces launched a massive attack with attack drones on the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk Region. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha has reported this.
Units of the East Air Command demonstrated high efficiency in repelling the air attack. According to him, during the night, Ukrainian defenders of the sky successfully destroyed 34 enemy UAVs in different districts of the region.
The head of the region expressed gratitude to the military for their combat work, which minimized the threat from the air. Despite the significant number of targets destroyed, as of this morning, there is no official information on the possible consequences of falling debris or possible destruction on the ground. Local authorities continue to collect data on the situation in the communities where the air defense was operating.
Residents of the region are urged to remain vigilant and not to ignore air raid warnings, as the threat of new attacks remains relevant.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, during the winter of 2025-2026, russian occupation forces carried out 14 massive combined attacks on the territory of Ukraine. If in December and January the enemy launched seven large-scale attacks, in February, the intensity of shelling doubled - the country withstood seven more powerful attacks in one month.
Zelenskyy warned of new attacks on infrastructure in the spring.
