The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has decided not to punish former head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak for entering inaccurate data in the declaration.

This is evidenced by the results of a full check of Yermak's declaration, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The NACP conducted a full check of Yermak's declaration for 2022. According to the results of the check, which was completed in 2025, inaccurate information was found.

ADVERTISING

In particular, Yermak indicated data that was not true, indicating that he was the ultimate beneficiary of LLC "Ukrainian-Georgian Media Company". However, according to the Unified State Register, this company was liquidated in 2022.

Thus, Yermak indicated data that was not true.

Also, when displaying data on the amount of obligations under the loan received at the beginning and end of the reporting period, Yermak indicated the amount of interest on the loan.

Thus, according to the results of a full inspection, Yermak did not comply with the requirements of the law, but no criminal or administrative offenses were detected by the NACP. Signs of illicit enrichment were also not established.

The NACP concluded that Yermak provided inaccurate information, but this is not a crime or an administrative offense.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Yermak declared data that does not correspond to reality. Former head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak received the position of head of the committee at the Ukrainian National Bar Association (UNBA). Last year, Yermak spent almost all his savings in euros and showed the salary he received upon dismissal. The Bankova Street was unable to provide any data on the dismissal of Yermak's team from the Office. After the statement about the dismissal of the "patronage" team of the former head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak from their positions, the Bankova Street again cannot specify: how many people were dismissed from which positions and how many were reassigned to practically the same positions. As a reminder, on November 28, Andrii Yermak wrote a letter of resignation from the position of Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
