Russia has been continuously attacking Naftogaz Group facilities in еру Kharkiv and Chernihiv Regions for two days.
This is announced in a statement by Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The statement says that for two days, attacks on gas storage facilities and production facilities in the Kharkiv and Chernihiv Regions have been continuing continuously.
In total, the enemy used about 60 attack drones.
"There is destruction. As soon as the security situation allows, the company's specialists, together with the units of the State Emergency Service, will assess the consequences and begin their liquidation," said Serhii Koretskyi, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
It is noted that work on response and liquidation of consequences will begin immediately after the security situation stabilizes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 24, the aggressor country of russia attacked the gas production infrastructure of the Naftogaz Group in the Kharkiv Region, as a result of which the operation of the facility was stopped.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, russia has carried out 401 attacks on the infrastructure of the Naftogaz Group, with a record number recorded in 2025, namely 229 attacks - more than in the previous three years combined.
