During the massive attack on February 22, the russians targeted not only energy facilities, but also logistics, in particular railway facilities and water supply infrastructure in cities. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his Telegram channel.

Zelenskyy said that he had held a selector on the situation in the regions after the night strike.

"There were almost 50 missiles, including 22 ballistic ones, and another 297 drones of various types. A significant part was shot down, and I thank all of Ukraine's partners who work with us every day, every week to supply missiles for air defense. Protection is needed every day. We discussed in detail with representatives of the regions that protection against russian strikes must be scaled up and changes in russian tactics must be promptly taken into account," he wrote.

According to the President, a church in the Boryspil district of the Kyiv Region was damaged due to a russian strike. There is still damage to ordinary residential buildings in some regions. Wherever necessary, assistance is provided to the victims.
