Judge Pavlyshyn heads High Anti-Corruption Court

The administrative powers of the head of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HSCC) have been transferred to Oleh Pavlyshyn.

The High Anti-Corruption Court announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

On February 14, 2026, the term of administrative powers of the head of the High Anti-Corruption Court, Vira Mykhailenko, expired.

In accordance with Part 3 of Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", from February 15, 2026, the administrative powers of the head of the court are exercised by Judge of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court Oleh Pavlyshyn as a judge with more experience in the position of judge.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2022, in accordance with Part Three of Article 34 of the Law "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", the administrative powers of the court chairman were exercised by the judge of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court, Oleh Pavlyshyn, as a judge who had more experience as a judge. That is, Pavlyshyn already held the position of chairman of the High Anti-Corruption Court when the term of office of Olena Tanasevych expired.
