A quarter of Ukrainians are distracted by films, books or TV series in difficult moments, every fifth spends time with family and friends. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by Rakuten Viber among users in Ukraine, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
How do Ukrainians fight stress?
According to Rakuten Viber, 26% of respondents called films, books or TV series their "magic pill" in difficult moments. Another 20% of respondents escape stress by communicating with family and friends.
17% of survey participants choose time alone and silence. 9% mentioned walks or physical activity as a way to overcome stress, 8% - a favorite hobby, and 6% - work.
4% of respondents admitted that delicious food helps them, 2% - shopping. Less than 1% of respondents turn to a psychologist. At the same time, 9% answered that "nothing can save them".
Research methodology
The survey was conducted on the official Rakuten Viber Ukraine channel. More than 34,000 users took part in it. The study was an anonymous online survey. The key age group of respondents is 34–45 years old, with more than half of the participants under 45 years old.
