The Cabinet of Ministers will index pensions by 12.1% from March 1.
This was announced by the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity Denys Uliutin during Hour of Questions to Government in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"As for the indexation parameters directly: from March 1, we will index by 12.1%. This is 4% more than the inflation index recorded for the previous year, and this indexation will fully affect all pensioners who receive a pension directly from the Pension Fund," Uliutin said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2025, inflation was 8%
In 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to index pensions from March by 11.5%.
