The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) reported that in the 2nd half of 2025 they exposed corruption schemes worth UAH 5 billion.
It was reported by the NABU and the SAPO, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
According to the results of the second half of 2025, the NABU and the SAPO opened 367 cases, 103 people were suspected, and 70 people were convicted.
Despite the war, anti-corruption agencies have stepped up their work in strategic sectors such as energy, defense procurement, and cases involving high-ranking officials. Suspicions were served on 12 top officials.
In the second half of 2025, the NABU and the SAPO submitted 55 indictments against 126 defendants to the court.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, NABU plans to request Israel to extradite Mindich and other defendants in the Midas case. Anti-corruption authorities said that the leader of the Batkivshchyna parliamentary faction, Yuliia Tymoshenko, is suspected of offering undue advantage to MPs. The NABU has published records in the case of bribery of MPs: Tymoshenko, according to the investigation, coordinated voting and personnel decisions.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have served suspicion notices to members of an organized criminal group that operated in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and provided bribes for the "necessary" vote.
