The number of hours of electricity supply has been increased for the Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi Districts of Kyiv, which were left without heat after the latest shelling. It was reported by DTEK.

"We understand how difficult it is when it is cold and dark at home. Therefore, power engineers have done the impossible and increased the ability to supply light to your homes," the statement said.

The lights will be turned off only during these hours:

  • from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

"The networks are very overloaded now. When everyone turns on boilers and heaters at the same time, accidents can happen. Therefore, we ask you to turn on powerful appliances one by one," the company added

Recall that earlier the Kyiv City State Administration published a list of buildings in which heating has not yet been restored.

According to the mayor, it will take at least two months to restore the Darnytsia CHPP.
