The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha said that russia was deliberately stockpiling drones and missiles in order to resume massive attacks during peak cold weather. This was reported on the social network X.
According to him, the aggressor is ignoring any diplomatic efforts, continuing energy terror and the russian leader deliberately chose the moment of the lowest temperatures to strike civilians.
"Russian dictator vladimir putin waited for the temperature to drop and stockpiled drones and missiles to continue massive attacks against Ukraine... Neither the expected diplomatic efforts in Abu Dhabi this week, nor his promises to the US prevented the dictator from continuing terror against ordinary people in the harshest winter," he said.
Andrii Sybiha called on the international community to stop attempts to cajole the aggressor.
"We are dealing with terrorists who need to be forced to stop. Putin needs to be disabused of the illusion that he can achieve anything through bombing, terror, and aggression," he said.
