The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Mark Rutte, will arrive in Kyiv tomorrow, February 3, and address the Verkhovna Rada. Oleksii Honcharenko, Member of the Verkhovna Rada, President of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons in PACE, announced this on his Telegram channel on Monday, February 2.
"Tomorrow, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will address the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In addition, on the same day, the procedure for opening the session of the Verkhovna Rada, which takes place on the first Tuesday of every February and September," Honcharenko wrote.
Businessman Serhii Karabuta is also expected to take the oath in the Rada tomorrow and become a Member of Parliament from the Servant of the People party.
