One of the largest shopping and office centers Gulliver (Kyiv), which has been closed since October 30, announced the resumption of full operation from February 1, 2026.
Gulliver shopping and entertainment center (SEC) announced this on its Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The report states that all necessary work is currently being completed to ensure the full opening of the Gulliver Shopping Center and Business Center.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early December 2025, the State Savings Bank reported that the phased resumption of the Gulliver Shopping Center's retail space would begin on December 12, 2025.
The State Savings Bank and the State Export-Import Bank received ownership of the capital's Gulliver Shopping and Entertainment Center due to the debts of its owner.
The current lease agreements have expired, so the Consortium of state-owned Oschadbank and Ukreximbank invites tenants to immediately contact the management team to conclude appropriate agreements.
