Emergency power outages introduced in Kyiv: where there is no electricity?

On the morning of Friday, January 9, emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv. They are in effect on the left bank of the capital, while hourly schedules continue to be applied on the right bank.

It was reported by DTEK on Telegram.

First, the website of the Kyiv grids published information about emergency blackouts throughout the city, but later the company clarified that the emergency measures concerned only the left-bank part of Kyiv.

"Left bank of Kyiv: emergency blackouts have been introduced due to a massive attack. Schedules continue to operate on the right bank," the statement said.

DTEK noted that power engineers are already working to restore electricity and heat supply. First of all, critical infrastructure facilities are being powered
