Power engineers have managed to fully restore power to all boiler houses in the Zaporizhzhia Region that were damaged by the russian attack. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
Currently, all heat supply facilities are operating normally. The process of reconnecting boiler houses from backup generators to the centralized power grid has already been officially completed.
"Heat supply to homes continues," his message said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, large-scale emergency restoration work is underway in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions after enemy strikes. Electricity and water supply have been partially restored. Thus, electricity has appeared in some houses in Dnipro, but there is still no water and heating.
Secondary education institutions in Dnipro have decided to extend the winter holidays for another two days due to the lack of electricity after the russian attack.
On the evening of January 7, residents of Dnipro heard the sound of an explosion, after which the city was plunged into darkness. There is no electricity in almost all areas of the regional center.
