On the night of January 6, the russian terrorist army struck a critical infrastructure facility in the city with a FAB-500 bomb, destroying it. Gas supply was cut off to 238 subscribers of apartment buildings.

It was reported by the Donetskoblgaz JSC.

A critical infrastructure facility was destroyed as a result of a russian strike last night. The russian army dropped a FAB-500, which damaged residential buildings in the surrounding area.

It is noted that gas workers have localized gas leaks. However, due to the destruction of the boiler room equipment in one of the city's districts, gas supply to both the boiler room and public sector buildings was cut off.

"This means that it is currently impossible to supply heat to the residents of this area. We have disconnected 238 subscribers of apartment buildings from gas supply. This was done for safety reasons - in accordance with the safety rules of the gas supply system, due to broken windows, the need to inspect houses and check smoke ventilation ducts," the statement said.

The resumption of gas supply will be possible after a full inspection and provision of relevant documents by the management companies.
