The National Bank of Ukraine has planned on-site inspections in 2026 to check compliance by banks and non-banking institutions with the requirements of legislation in the field of financial monitoring, currency legislation and legislation in the field of implementation of special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) of seven banks and seven institutions.
This is stated in the NBU's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The list of banks includes:
in the first quarter – JSC "Bank "Ukrainian Capital" (EDRPOU 22868414);
in the second quarter – JSC "COMINBANK" (EDRPOU 21580639), JSC "UKRSIBBANK" (EDRPOU 09807750);
in the third quarter – JSC "Sky Bank" (EDRPOU 09620081), JSC "EPB" (EDRPOU 36061927);
in the fourth quarter – JSC "ASVIO Bank" (EDRPOU 09809192), JSC "CB "GLOBUS" (EDRPOU 35591059).
The list of institutions included:
in the first quarter – LLC "ProfitGuide" (EDRPOU 39932827), PJSC "SK "USG" (EDRPOU 30859524);
in the second quarter – JSC "SG "TAS" (private) (EDRPOU 30115243), LLC "LOMBARD "CREDIT UKRAINE" (EDRPOU 45108001);
in the third quarter – LLC "FC "SOLID GROUP" (EDRPOU 43450984), LLC "AVENTUS UKRAINE" (EDRPOU 41078230);
in the 4th quarter - LLC "FINANCIAL COMPANY "FINEXPRESS" (EDRPOU 39706018).
The on-site inspection plan was drawn up based on a risk-based approach, taking into account, in particular, the results of the risk assessment of the activities of banks and institutions.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the National Bank approved the implementation of a bank resilence assessment for 2026.
