On the night of December 30, russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia. The attack damaged industrial infrastructure and residential buildings near the epicenter of the explosion.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram.

The shelling occurred during an air raid alert that was still in progress at the time of notification. Residents of the city were urged to stay in shelters until the official alert was lifted.

The blast wave damaged private houses located near the impact site. Emergency and utility services are working at the locations, and the area is being surveyed and the consequences of the attack are being recorded.

According to preliminary information, no one was killed. At the same time, a woman turned to doctors and is currently being taken to a hospital for medical care. Information on the victim's condition and the extent of the damage is being clarified.

Recall that the forced evacuation was extended to 19 settlements in the Donetsk Region, as well as boarding houses in Zaporizhzhia.
