The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the composition of the Board of the Ukrzaliznytsia .
The Government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, announced this on his Telegram channel.
The message says that the Board includes: Pertsovskyi Oleksandr Semenovych - Chairman of the Board; Hrytsenko Lidiia Volodymyrivna, Ivaniniv Mykola Ivanovych, Nosulko Oleksandr Oleksandrovych, Chernitskyi Roman Romanovych, Shramko Yevhen Serhiiovych - members of the Board.
Oleksandr Semenovych Pertsovskyi has been working at Ukrzaliznytsia since 2020.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 1, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrzaliznytsia joint-stock company.
The Ukrzaliznytsia ended 2024 with a loss of UAH 4.2 billion.
