Politico magazine has published the results of its annual ranking of the most influential people in Europe, headed by US President Donald Trump. It also included Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and russian dictator vladimir putin. This was reported by Politico on Tuesday, December 9.
The publication called Trump a "transatlantic shockwave", who is sometimes a partner and a threat, but always acts as a force on his own terms. The magazine believes that Europe is facing an "unpredictable, dominant partner, whose impulses can instantly turn the continent upside down".

"Volodymyr Zelenskyy can only hope that his year ends better than it began... The russian dictator was ranked 5th by the publication, called "Provocateur" and described as Europe's main troublemaker. A former KGB officer who came to power against the backdrop of the chaos of post-Soviet russia, who defined his rule by confrontation with the West and has already achieved part of his goal: to throw Europe off balance and show that he is the one person no one on the continent can ignore, writes Politico.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in May 2022, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and russian dictator vladimir putin were included in the list of the 100 most influential people of 2022 according to Time magazine.
In December 2022, the American TIME magazine named Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the "spirit of Ukraine" the person of the year.
