On Thursday, December 4, US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner will meet with National Security Council Secretary Rustem Umerov in Miami to negotiate a peace plan to resolve the russian-Ukrainian war.
It was reported by the Associated Press with reference to a Trump administration official.
It is noted that a senior Trump administration official, who was not authorized to comment publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity, said that Vitkoff and Kushner are scheduled to meet with Umerov on Thursday in Miami for further talks.
Remember, russian dictator vladimir putin's aide Yuri Ushakov said that after talks in moscow with the American delegation they did not find a compromise variant of the peace plan to resolve the war in Ukraine.
Trump himself said that Witkoff and Kushner left the talks with putin confident that he wants to find a way out of the war. He said, they got a very strong impression that the russian dictator wants to make a deal.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, President Zelenskyy said, that Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Hnatov will inform their European colleagues on December 3 in Brussels (Belgium) about the US-russian talks and will prepare a meeting with US representatives.
