In November, compared to October, Ukraine increased electricity imports by 15% to 415,000 MWh.
This is announced by the ExPro publication, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
For the second month in a row, Ukraine maintains the status of a net importer.

The report says that Hungary continues to hold the largest share, 44%.
Import volumes have increased sharply: 10 times from Slovakia and twice from Moldova compared to October 2025.
And in other directions, electricity imports have decreased - most of all from Poland - 23%.
Compared to November 2024, Ukraine increased electricity imports by 150%.
As previously reported in ExPro, Ukraine did not use the entire technical section for electricity imports, since problems with transmission from west to east did not allow the most efficient use of the imported resource.
It is noted that electricity exports in November decreased by 94%.
Electricity supplies abroad have been completely suspended since November 11.

In total, only 5,200 MWh were exported during the month, which is the lowest figure in 2025. Compared to November 2024, exports fell by 91%.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in October, compared to September, Ukraine increased electricity imports 2.5 times to 360,000 MWh.
Electricity exports in October 2025 fell by 85% due to increased shelling of energy infrastructure.
